Eva Valentine

Operator of a traveling circus who recruits street urchins and unlucky orphans to fleece crowds as pickpockets. She bought Lilith Rozanov from Lilith’s father to settle his gambling debts. Lilith has traveled with Eva for years, always a new town with fresh pockets to pick, but she has made a bargain with Eva and is almost free. Whether Eva plans to honor that bargain is an open question. Possible connection to the Carnival-of-Hijeanx.
