Toma is the Keeper of the Realms, introduced after the party destroyed Isar as the Gluttony totem in session 2026-05-16.
Canon Details
- Not a god; functions as a messenger between mortals and the seven-totem prison plane.
- Meets the party in a small astral chamber after Isar’s defeat.
- Explains that Tiamat will be unsealed in roughly two years unless all seven sin totems are destroyed.
- Says the next totem lead points northwest in Greno.
- Establishes that the party can phase back into the astral chamber between adventures, but not during combat, to ask Toma or trapped totems questions.

- Lilith is described as escaping to the astral plane to ask Toma and Isar questions. This may be canon, an absence/AFK handling device, or both. ^[ambiguous]
