Pasture Above Weber Hollows
The livestock pasture sitting on the high ground above Weber-Hollows. Reached from the town by a 50 ft ladder descent down a cliff, or by a treacherous cliff path. The cart and G.L.U. cannot make the descent (no legs, can’t climb ladders), so they wait at the top.
What Happened Here
The party found cattle slaughtered and arranged in a circle, with the symbol of Amaresis drawn in cattle blood on the ground. Stomachs and entrails torn open. Dorian’s arcana check (16) detected a “faint devilish, almost demonic” magic at the scene. Echo sensed dark magic on the corpses and would not stay near.
Benai was the only person present at the site when the party arrived.
The party debated camping here overnight to catch whoever returns.

- An owl-bear was heard along the cliff path between here and town. The party avoided it.
- Goblin corpses have been found in cave pits along the cliff path.

- Whoever drew the Amaresis symbol either worships Amaresis (out of character for a renewal/harvest faith), or is framing the deity as misdirection.
